what is your criteria for determining if it's low quality?

btw i did not enlarge it, i only shrinked it with photoshop

Low quality scans are judged by the amount of noise, size, other scanning problems etc (btw I'm not a genius on this matter). Your scan only had to be compared to that other one I pointed out earlier, and despite it was larger, it wasn't as clean as the other one (go and compare it). Therefore your one was deleted. That's what I assume anyway.

Anyway, that's it, and I will now delete your post from the thread to keep it tidy.
